Halloween Carnival 2012

Today was Lia's Halloween carnival at her preschool. This year Lia is dressing up as Rapunzel. Her dress and sparkly heals are Disney. She has an adorable crown/braid but it is heavy and doesn't fit great so she didn't want to wear it. She is pumped for Halloween this year. She keeps telling us that Dada is going to dress up just like Eugene, (the prince in Tangled) and will be her Prince. How sweet is that?!

Here we are getting ready to go.

Outside the school entrance. She was so excited this year. I love her enthusiasm and pure joy in celebrating holidays now that she understands them.

The teachers set up events and games in each classroom and then the kids get a treat. It is super cute and a fun way for the teachers to see all the kids dressed up and vice versa.

Here she is waiting patiently for her tattoo which we ultimately decided against as the wait was too long.

Golfing...

Decorating cookies...

Making ghosts...

Digging for spiders... "Eww"

And Digging for skeletons...

After we got home Lia ate all her candy and then only wanted cheese balls for lunch. Quite the healthy lunch! Then she actually asked to go take a nap. I really thought she must be kidding but it's been 2 hours now and she is still out! Sugar crash perhaps? Love it!

Tonight we are going to carve pumpkins with Dada.

Happy Halloween from my little princess!
